The Federal Polytechnic Ekowe has recognized the need for time-to-time capacity enhancement programmes/workshops to empower her work force for more productivity. This is highly recommended for every type of organization - profit, non-profit and academic institutions as well. The mission of every academic institution should integrate the goal of reaching out to her host community for positive impact and development. The Federal Polytechnic Ekowe will not leave Ekowe, Southern Ijaw LGA, the same. There must be some remarkable change in the livelihood of this community.
